OVERWATCH 2 BETA RELEASE DATE & TIME – OW2 WATCHPOINT PACK ACCESS EXPLAINED

The beta release date and launch time for the second round of PvP testing in Overwatch 2 have been set, and fans can now begin counting down to the game's release.

This week's significant OW2 changes include Blizzard increasing server capacity so that more players can join the game.

This includes not only PC players, but also those on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X consoles.

Here is what we know so far regarding this week's massive OW2 Beta launch on all platforms.

Blizzard has confirmed that the second Overwatch 2 beta will launch on Tuesday, June 28, at 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

The second PvP testing phase for individuals in the United Kingdom will begin on the same day at 7 p.m. BST and last through July 18th.

 There is a remote possibility of an extension, however it depends on the OW2 team and the input they have received.

The good news for gamers awaiting access is that Blizzard intends to let everyone who registered for a code to receive access before the event concludes, likely by July 14. 

Blizzard's newest update on the sign-up situation reads: "We'll choose a small set of players when the beta goes online on June 28 at 11 a.m.
